He’s Back is a song sung by Miss Rabbit, Sonicthehedgehog223, and the many fish at the aquarium in the Peppa's adventures episode "The Flounder". It is sung when Sonic convinces Miss Rabbit that he owns the aquarium (which is a lie), as an excuse to swim in the fish tanks because he was bored, and she alerts the fish in the tank who all sing the song.
